National Ice Cream Day!!! (3rd Sunday in July)
Whether you are a Republican or Democrat, we all should be grateful that in 1984, President Ronald Reagan designated July as National Ice Cream Month and the third Sunday of that month as National Ice Cream Day, or maybe we should be asking ourselves why our U.S. President felt it was necessary, hmm. Perhaps it was because the dairy industry donated to his campaign or because the U.S. consumes more ice cream than any other country so he was looking to score some brownie points.
